Q: How do you ship your orders?
A: We normally use the USPS (United States Postal Service). Regular, Priority, or Express mail must be specified.
Q: How do I know if my order is being processed?
A: After we recieve the actual order, we will send you a reply confirming your order.
Q: If I want to order an item but you don't have it in stock, how long will I have to wait ?
A: The normal wait is 6 to 8 weeks. You will be notified if otherwise.
Q: Can I use UPS or FEDEX?
A: Yes, some customers may have accounts with these companies and may use them.
Q: Do you have any new items?
A: Yes, each new item in every section will be clearly marked. You may also go to the "New Items" section, which is regularly updated.
Q: Do some of your items ever change?
A: Yes, some items such as our handbags do have small changes. Fabrics patterns are also updated every few months. If you do order one of these items, we will send you the actual picture of the item.
Q: What are the prices if I wanted to buy wholesale?
A: Wholesale prices do vary with the amount ordered. Just send us an email with the amount your interested in and we will reply with a price list to your items.
Q: Do I get a reciept?
A: Yes, an invoice will be sent with each order. You must notify us if you would like the invoice to be mailed seperately.
Q: If I am a regular customer, do I get better prices?
A: Yes, we normally give our loyal customers better prices as appreciation for their business.
Q: Do prices on items ever change?
A: Yes, some prices may decrease or increase depending on the cost to make the item.
Q: How are your orders processed?
A: Our orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Some orders may go out faster than others depending on the amount ordered and availability.
